At UFM our core values are very important to us, we use empathy and our discretion to work with you to rectify any issues you experience during our order process.
As our products are created on demand and customised to your specification all sales are final and agreed upon placing your order. We do not offer any refunds.
If your product is damaged when it arrives or a mistake has been made by us you must provide suitable photographic evidence of damage or error. In this instance you will recieve UFM credits to enable you to order a replacement.
A proof of every order will be sent via email for your approval. If you do not respond within our timescales your card will be created and shipped to you as you have designed it and we will not be liable to amend any mistakes.
The order process begins the day after you have placed your order with us.
All images are provided by our customers. we expect our customers to use images of the correct quality that they have permission to use. upon submission of your order, we will assume that you have permission to use the images provided and therefore will not be held liable for any images printed.
